Success Van Hire – Rental Policies and Terms

At Success Van Hire, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent van rental experience. Below, you’ll find an overview of our rental policies, terms of service, and other important information to help make your experience as smooth as possible. General Rental Policy

  1. Eligibility
    To rent a vehicle, drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid UK driver’s license. A clean driving record with no major convictions is required. Drivers between 21-25 may be subject to additional requirements or fees.
  2. Rental Duration and Extensions
    Our rental periods are flexible to accommodate both short-term and long-term rentals. Extensions are available but must be arranged before the rental term expires. If the vehicle is not returned on the agreed-upon date, additional charges may apply.
  3. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
    Each van is inspected and thoroughly cleaned before rental. We kindly ask that you return the vehicle in a similar condition. While in your care, you are responsible for the van’s cleanliness and any damage or excessive wear.

Payment Policy

  1. Booking and Payment
    A valid payment method is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made via major credit cards or debit cards. Rental fees are charged at the time of booking, and a refundable security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or incidents during the rental.
  2. Late Fees and Additional Charges
    If the vehicle is returned late or additional cleaning is required, fees will be applied. Any fines or tolls incurred while using our vehicles will also be the driver’s responsibility.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. To accommodate this, we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period are subject to a partial refund, with a small processing fee applied.
  • No-Show Policy: If the renter does not show up for the booked vehicle without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Insurance and Coverage

All our rental vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance policies. This includes liability and collision coverage to protect both the driver and the vehicle in the event of an accident. Additional insurance options, such as roadside assistance or expanded coverage, are available for an extra fee. Privacy and Data Security

Success Van Hire values your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, and all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems.
